CD Jay’s same jacquard sweater
Crafted with a blend of white sheep wool and jacquard fabric, the entire garment is woven using an imported machine that takes 400 minutes to complete, resulting in a high rate of bursting holes and high cost. It takes five dyeing cycles to achieve a color loss of up to 15% for the wool yarn. The surface printing is consistent with ZP and requires an imported machine to complete. The side zipper adopts manual hand sewing of two original custom-made hardware zippers, which is costly.
