The mold is made of pure steel material, with a computerized lathe, water jet carving, fully automatic electrical control, hydraulic constant temperature system, and a mold cost of up to 20000 yuan
The positioning pattern of the cutting piece is filled with silicone material, and the front placket is shaped with hidden engraved buttons for opening and closing. The details are aligned, and the embossed patterns are clear. Two sets of aluminum molds are opened for both embossed areas on the board, and one set of molds is opened for each size on the two sides of the front panel. After high-temperature compression molding, each pattern is manually filled with silicone to prevent indentation. The washing process uses a combination of multiple techniques such as heavy fermentation, washing and frying patterns, and spraying horse chestnut. Classic denim flip neckline design, straight hem design, all clothing accessories, zippers, and hardware are custom-made in antique bronze color.
