This 1vvv embossed wool polo shirt is made from high-quality, superfine 100% combed cotton, with a weight, thickness, and density that are 99% identical to the original. Unlike the cheap knock-offs on the market that cut corners to save a few bucks, these low-quality versions feel flimsy and lack any real substance, making them look and feel cheap. Even the stitching and paneling are completely different from the original.

To achieve the highest level of accuracy to the original, we use a superfine 16-gauge computerized knitting machine to create the main fabric, with a three-color jacquard pattern. Each shirt takes 200 minutes to make, and the entire garment is virtually free of loose ends. Any broken yarn or knots are fed in through a special feeder. If a knot appears, the machine immediately alerts the operator, who trims the knot by hand to the edge, ensuring it doesn’t end up woven into the garment.
