The fabric is made of 7 * 7 cotton twill yarn fabric, with a warp and weft density of 57 * 58 and a weight of 365g. It is dyed in AB color according to the Y version of the fabric. The digital direct spray printing process is used to scan all the flower positions of the Y version. On each paper sample, a manual printing sketch is drawn. For the bulk, a fabric cutting and printing method is used. All cut pieces are drawn and the pattern size is adjusted according to size changes to ensure consistent printing effect for each size. The cut pieces are precisely cut using laser burning technology and matched with aluminum alloy with letter logo I-shaped buckles.
